Full Time Leasing Specialist

Premier Realty is currently seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic professional to fill the role of Leasing Specialist in our Virginia Beach office. The Leasing Specialist's primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. This position interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing move-in paperwork and procedures. An ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Prior experience in leasing or property management.
Knowledge of property management's concepts, practices and procedures.
Must have strong customer service skills.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Dependable.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
